  1. Hi @Luck am I correct in assuming this was your other thread you mentioned in your post? I'm going to ping Edgar & Mike about sending a request to McAfee to fix the false positive so you and other McAfee customers don't receive the notice. I can assure you that Spriter is clean, however. Hopefully we can get things resolved with McAfee soon so you no longer receive the false positives.. In the mean time, if you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. You can alternatively reach out to us at support@brashmonkey.com All the best, Nathanial
  2. It's still giving you issues? I can no longer replicate the problems you were having and stay logged in. If you logged in before I fixed it, then it's a moot test.
  3. It's not so much the new forum software's fault as it was a cookie issue. It should be fixed now; clear your cache and re-login. :)
  4. Thanks, we'll ask Valve if there's any regions that can't purchase Spriter and see if there's something we can do about warning about the region lock. I sincerely apologize about the inconvenience it caused you though and can personally relate from a similar experience I had in the past with a game. Cheers, Nathanial
  5. Steam disables trading between certain regions to avoid lower-priced currencies from trading to higher-priced currencies. This is automatic on their end. Can you clarify what region your friend lives in that wasn't able to purchase Spriter themselves, please? I can ask Valve about it. Any screenshots showing it's not for sale in their country would also be very helpful! Another tip for the future, just in general (as there isn't an option to add a region lock warning to our Steam page) is to try gifting directly through Steam, rather than adding it to your library and sending it that way. Steam won't allow you to make the purchase for that user if trading between those regions is restricted. Only certain country-to-country trades are restricted. Most people can globally trade copies, but it's only countries like Russia-America that have trading disabled because it's cheaper to purchase in Russia than it is in America. This is to avoid people from gaming the currency system, which might explain why you had issues giving a copy to your friend, unfortunately. We'll look into it :)
  6. I disabled the Calendar as I don't think Mike and Edgar planned on using it, it was just never disabled after running the conversion. Unfortunately, site external links won't work anymore, and there's not really anything we can do about that immediately. Sorry about that!
  7. Congratulations on reaching 1.0 :)
