The bounding boxes are ignored or not rescaled after resizing the entire project. That's all. It is indeed possible that that was overlooked when the creating scaled project feature was created. (I can't test it atm). Worst case scenario you'll have to makes Spriter recalculate it for each animation manually. I'll mention this to Edgar (Spriter's programmer) After testing tomorrow.
