I've tried so many things, including uninstalling the other versions of Visual Studio and installing both versions of Visual Studio 2013. I'm using Windows 10, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045. Also in the event I cannot get it to run, how would I go about getting a refund? I'd rather not, I've tried this out before on a friends computer and its cool, but I may have to if it turns out my laptop isn't compatible Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I also found this video which some possible solutions for this particular error message: please let me know if any of this works for you.
