The Application Was Unable to Start (0xc000007b)

Hi there! So I've been trying to open Spriter Pro, and keep running into this error.

I've tried so many things, including uninstalling the other versions of Visual Studio and installing both versions of Visual Studio 2013.

I'm using Windows 10, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045.

Also in the event I cannot get it to run, how would I go about getting a refund? I'd rather not, I've tried this out before on a friends computer and its cool, but I may have to if it turns out my laptop isn't compatible

Sorry for the very late reply. 

Did you install both the 32 and 64 bit versions of visual studio 2013?

Hello, I have tried the video linked above and have gone to the other post on here to get the Visual studio 32 and 64 files and I am still getting this error. I do have a desktop that is able to run Spriter Pro.

I am trying to get Spriter Pro to run on a Windows 11 laptop. I was able to get past the dll file error which led me here.

The first thing you should try is downloading the following link, unzipping it, and running the resulting installers:

I tried everything on the second link since when I tried the first one I get a Oops page for the attachment. I still get the same error pop up even after going through the steps from the second link. Also I would like to say my bad. It isn't Spriter Pro off Steam but the Spriter from the website.
