Hi there! So I've been trying to open Spriter Pro, and keep running into this error. I've tried so many things, including uninstalling the other versions of Visual Studio and installing both versions of Visual Studio 2013. I'm using Windows 10, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045. Also in the event I cannot get it to run, how would I go about getting a refund? I'd rather not, I've tried this out before on a friends computer and its cool, but I may have to if it turns out my laptop isn't compatible
