lucid Posted April 22, 2022 Report Posted April 22, 2022 Hello again, everyone! We're still hard at work on the next version. This will be a larger update than usual with over 30 new features and enhancements, and over 20 bug fixes so far. We look forward to showing you what we've been up to. Quote
Gjergji Posted April 23, 2022 Report Posted April 23, 2022 Really exiting. Hope it won't take too long. Quote
MonkeyBrain Posted July 23, 2022 Report Posted July 23, 2022 Hello I know Rome wasn?t built in a day, but what about a release for Spriter 2. Is there any status update or is it developing into vaporware >:) maxscript and Bitblazer 2 Quote
4wheels5tracks Posted August 10, 2022 Report Posted August 10, 2022 As someone who pre-ordered Spriter 2 back in 2018, I'm really hoping that it's close to release now. The original Spriter is still awesome, but I'm looking forward to the long-awaited promised upgrade. Quote
Gjergji Posted September 9, 2022 Report Posted September 9, 2022 I know this is a big update, but its been awhile since the last one so I was wondering if you had a rough estimate of when it will be complete? Or at least how its going ? Quote
piflyon Posted September 24, 2022 Report Posted September 24, 2022 I remember, back in the days, when I pre-ordered Spriter 2. I was young, beautiful an full of hopes. Now, I just hope that the developpers are fine and healthy. MonkeyBrain and Karoofish 2 Quote

MonkeyBrain Posted September 27, 2022 Report Posted September 27, 2022 Perhaps a change in the type of production would be necessary ala Scrum etc., i.e. a few (1-2) features fully implemented in an I think broad-minded alpha test group with a mandatory feedback circle and then a stable beta every 1-2 months with this features (but not with all features), so that people don't lose interest in this genius sprite animation tool - I know the Alpha testing tool exists, but less features and a limited mandatory testing group would probably make sense. Otherwise the developers feel obliged to keep adding more and more features. - and a PayPal-Donation Button to push the development Quote
