Jamin Grey
My game uses circles for entity collision (usually one, but up to three circles). I'm new to Spriter - I see an option to place boxes for collision - is there a way to place circles? If not, I can use points and spawn the collision circles in my code at those points. It'd just be nicer to place and scale circles within Spriter. (Or, better than points, I guess I could place and scale rectangles inside Spriter, and convert them to circles in my code)
Mike at BrashMonkey
I think I have a solution for you if you're using Construct 2 or Construct 3. Are you perhaps?
Jamin Grey
No, custom C++. I haven't started integrating it yet, so far only experimenting within Spriter itself, but I'll almost certainly be using SpriterPlusPlus. lucid
@Jamin Grey no direct support for circles, I'm afraid. I think points would be your best bet, as you suggested. Jamin Grey
Jamin Grey
K, thanks for the speedy responses, gents! I hope you add circles to the Spriter 2 feature list, if it isn't already.
