justifun
I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to use shoebox to pack sprites instead of texturepacker. I've come across someone who has been able to get it working for the starling framework, but am curious if there are alternative (free) ways to use one atlas instead of all separate image pieces when exporting from spriter. lucid
The free version of TexturePacker has some basic packing methods. There have been many users who have packed textures before this feature was available. Basically just use whatever texture packing method you wish, and just make sure it preserves the folder/file path in the atlas describing the map locations. At runtime, just have the implementation look in the atlas for the file path instead of in the folder structure.
