How to implement Spriter work into Unity?

Spriter2Unity currently supports the featureset from B5 as far as I'm aware...if you can't wait for it to be updated to support the newer features you could export sequential png-images from Spriter, find a program to turn them into a Srrite-sheet etc..but of course that would eliminate most of th egreat benefits from using Spriter files directly in a game engine. (like smoothly tweened animations which take far less memory and texture space..)
