Spriter Duplicating images

please see the getting started guide in the help files, and the tutorial videos on the front page. The file palette drags out the file as a new object, as you can have several unique objects with the same image, or a single object that changes to many images over time. You can double click the object to rename it.

to drag out a new instance of another object you've already used, use the object palette (tabbed behind the file palette by default). Also cloning your current animation in the animation window will reuse the same objects.

hi marquet. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. Missed your reply back.

You can combine two objects using the object palette, by dragging one on top of the other. This will give them both the same name, and in Spriter and c2 it will be treated as a single object
