I'm not positive this will work, but if you're using Windows 10 or 11, please try this: 1. Open Explorer and search for the application (exe) file of the program that causes problems, e.g. in my case: Photoshop Elements 6.0.exe 2. Right click and choose Properties 3. Select the tab "Properties" and click on "Compatibility" button 4. Click on button "Change high DPI settings" 5. Tick the two boxes and choose "[when] I open this program" and "System (Enhanced)". 6.
