PatS
Hi Before I ask a bunch of questions about bones, can you tell me when you expect to publish a revised Getting Started With SCML Guide? Regards -Pat
lucid
As soon as we can pat. Since there's a bit we have planned for the shorter term, I don't want to give an off ETA. GrimFang has created a c++ implementation with working bones you can use as a guide here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1133&p=3207#p3207 and as I told him during it's development, any time the guide is inadequate please feel free to ask questions here in the forum or to my email lucid@brashmonkey.com, regardless of how many questions you may have. I know this isn't as ideal as completing the guide, but in the short term, being the only developer working on code and documentation, it will be the quicker of the two methods. Also, since there are several developers working on bone implementations, I'll do my best to push the updated documentation up the priority list. I was actually expecting a longer delay before people got started implementing bones, so this is a pleasant surprise.
