How to edit image placement so it applies to ALL animations?

Hey guys,

So I have a bunch of animations set up already, and Im trying to re-position one of the limbs for the entire character...but it only applies per frame =/ which can be a bit tedious later on... Is there a way to globally re-position a limbs (instance objects) without going into every frame per animation?

Do I need to unparent everything> adjust>re-parent?

Is there a master pose I can edit, so its carried over to all animations?

Is there a way to turn off auto-keyframing?

Thanks!!

Hi avatar86,

So sorry for the very late reply.. I'm not sure how I missed this post until now. :(

The easiest solution for now is (assuming the limb is assigned to a bone) is to adjust the position of the limb images relative to the bone on the first key frame (zero spot on the timeline typically) and then choose the image, copy, then hold control and shift and press V. This will paste the new position (relative to its bone) of the limb image across all key frames.

Or you can paste manually with control V to every key frame that already has a key frame for that specific image to have more control. Use the 2 key to advance to each key frame, and the 1 key to go back to the previous key-frame.

I'll talk to edgar about a more universal and automated solution in the future.

cheers,
