  1. Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to build a spriter2D runtime that is compatible with pygame. This is mostly out of curiosity, as a heads-up, and might be something I will look into more in the future.
  2. I appreciate you being forth coming and straight about the situation. The situation had me quite unhappy.
  3. So I see you did not respond. I checked and I saw that you do not refund your products. Please make sure to find a stable way to install programs on Windows 11. As it might seem obvious, it is very frustrating for me to have made a purchase that I cannot return, for a program that I cannot even install or run on my PC. It's absolutely ridiculous to ask your customers to spend days/weeks to just install a program. There was no warning that the program might not run on Windows 11, just a recommendation to try out the free version first, which seemed to be just a recommendation in case you don't like the program and it's functions. There was no mentioning of difficulties or impossibilities/incompatibilities upon installing, which I find unprofessional. I find myself in the unlucky situation now that I cannot return the product, and have basically been ripped off my 60 bucks. Since I cannot even install it, can you refund me? It's not like I do not like the program or it's functions, it's really that I cannot even use it!
  4. There could be copyright on dll files? Where do I find the Adobe creative cloud? Is that where it's for free 7 days then I pay? That sounds too complicated for me just to install the spriter program. I can let someone control my PC from distance on zoom or something to have a look. But I do not have the time to test too many things unfortunately just to install it. Will you accept a refund if I cannot make it work?
  5. No, unfortunately after I desactivated all antivirus safety in settings and re-installed Visual Studio, it still did not install the dll files. Would it be possible that you send me the dll files directly somehow or put them somewhere to download, and I just place them in the folder manually?
  6. Oh when I add a screenshot image to my post it hides my posts even after I remove the image. I hope you're still able to read my two previous responses to your last post...
  7. Alright, so I uninstalled all Visual Studio Versions, the ones that were older and the versions that were more recent than 2013 and the version 2013. Then I re-installed 2013. I re-started my computer. Now I still don't have the files (except msvcr100_clr0400.dll) in the SysWOW64 folder. And now on top of that I don't have the two files in the System32 folder anymore. Spriter still gives me the same message when running it. I also tried re-installing Spriter after that with no change.
  8. Hi Mike, yes, it was the 2013 version that was linked at the Download page of Spriter. I was not aware if I had Visual Studio previously installed. So no, I did not uninstall anything before installing Visual Studio 2013. In the description with the Spriter installation it said that if I have a newer version of Visual Studio I will get an error message. I did not get any error message when installing Visual Studio 2013. So I simply assumed I did not have any Visual Studio previously installed on my computer. Is there another way for me to check my Visual Studio version? Other than expecting an error message? I did restart my computer after moving the partial dll files that I found, but nothing changed. EDIT: I just realized I had a newer version installed. I will try now to uninstall it first.
  9. Hello, I just downloaded Spriter (r11) but I cannot run it. I use Windows 11. After installing Visual Studio x86 and x64, I do not have any of the files in the SysWOW64 folder, except for msvcr100_clr0400.dll. After copying this one file and the two files from System32 into the spriter folder, I still get the error messages when launching Spriter: "Couldn't find msvcr100.dll" "Couldn't find msvcp100.dll" Also side note, my spriter folder is not in Program Files(x86)\ steamapps\etc. ... but directly in Program Files(x86)\Spriter\ where it has been installed automatically.
  10. Hello, I just acquired Spriter Pro, and when I downloaded, installed and launched the Basic Version, I got an error message. It is mentioned in the instructions that for Spriter you need to install Visual Studio if you receive the error message including "vcomp120.dll is missing". I installed both Visual Studio x64 and x86 from that link. I receive the error message "MSVCR100.dll was not found" What do I need to do in this case?
