Any efficient way to make animations to video?

Lightworks Video Editing Program works too right? I am confused how I can efficiently set the size of the layout for example 1980x1080. Or do I have to do animations separately and put it in the video editor or do I do that by adding a guidline object that sizes 1980x1080. Thanks for the reply. -
I bought the Spriter Pro from Scirra Store and I've been using it ever since. I've seen people making animation videos using spriter and I also want to make a short video using spriter. So anyone know any procedures to do that? Thanks

How do I replace image from the all of the animations in an entity? It will be easier doing it that way since I have these similar images present in each of my animation. Thanks in advance
