Missing shared library on Linux

On Linux, the following dependency is missing: libgstapp-0.10.so.0 

Error log: 

~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Spriter$ ./Spriter\ Pro 
   ./Spriter Pro: error while loading shared libraries: libgstapp-0.10.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

We can install the dependency with apt-get: 
sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-0

Note that the permissions of the libraries are wrong, everything is "executable" while only Spriter Pro should be.
