Ok so i got the program on my laptop some time ago and setting everything up BUT seems i just cant open up the program but gives me this https://gyazo.com/f873af4ce792aad1ce57e3406d5e0585 i have downloaded the two bit programs that were recommanded but its still not opening it up...im not sure if this is something that the website needs to fix or if its my laptop that i need to find a program to download to make it work but can someone help me fix this?
