  1. ah ok there a newest builds here -_-'

    i tried the b1 normal

and i had bugs with bones, when you make a new key frame by moving the bone, it always make a new one even if your already on a key frame, so it stacks and makes many keyframes on the same "place" on the timeline

I'd like to know how to put a key frame from nowhere ? i mean without moving a part of the drawing or without copy paste from earlier key frame

also how to use the thing to make smooth animation with png export ?

and if i want to make a part of the body move (by the tweening motion) but i want the head to stay exactly at the same place as it was from the last keyframe, how can i proceed with copy paste ? it didn't work and if i check the angle and position of the body parts it always has the same settings everywhere on the timeline

PS : i need to uninstall previous spriter version before installing the newest ones ??

  2. just wanna say this tool is really one of the most useful i found !

I thought making idle animations would be easy but it's not (i'm not drawing pixel art), and it uses a lot of frames, many more than motion animations, and so it's hard to add those little differences between each drawing (and i'm doing it with a pen and a paper)

hopefully i found spriter, it saves me ! otherwise i have no idea how i would have done the idle anims

  3. i didn't understand lol

also, i don't know if it's possible with bones but a feature like being able to "distord" images could be very interesting, i don't know how to explain, i mean if you pull the upper left corner of the image and it strech(es) but without changing the downer right corner (hope it's clear lol)

  4. Hi,

i wonder if it's possible to switch any part of a body with another, without having to change each keyframe into an existing animation.

For example you want to animate a guy in black and white, then in colour, how to do it easily without having to remake the whole animation (with each keyframes) ?

if it's not possible yet you should add it as a feature !

PS : maybe it's possible to add bones into an already made animation and to save the bone animation then just put the new images onto the bones ??

  5. hmmm lol yes but when you export you take few images, while the preview shows like 200 frames where i need only 6-8

also i tried only 0.3 alpha

EDIT : hmm maybe if i reduce the timeline lol well i'm a noob

  6. yes i tried it but it sucked, it sux so much i don't wanna upload it here

and since it kept crashing and i had to save as gif every picture before and after the work (to animate) i don't feel like trying again for such a bad result for now

If someone is very good with this and if it takes him only few minutes to do this, i'll be completely grateful and brahsmonkey team could use it in the spriter's examples !!

  7. Why can't we use GIF and export to GIF ?

it can save a lot of time when just trying some animation (for those who sux like me)

coz i use a gif animator program and i have to convert each file into gif everytime, it's really boring and uneasy with gimp

PS : i forgot to say this program is great

  8. Hi,

i saw the monster example but my drawing has a harder view angle

i tried to animate one but it "sucked"

anyway i think it still can work but IF someone could animate this and make him breathe, like his torso goes up etc... it would help me a lot to learn from this

(the last one on the picture i mean)

If someone wanna help me please tell me, i may cut the picture myself to save you time.

And you can then add this to the spriter examples if you want (but i'll use this monster in my game).

thank you if you help, otherwise i don't know how i'll do this T_T
