I am having a problem trying to run spriter, I have followed the instructions to install Visual studio C++ 2013 (both 32 bit and 64 bit versions because I'm on a 64 bit system) and it comes up with an error saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." already tried reinstalling but still nothing, please help :(
