Blurry animation after exporting

Hey guys, i reaaaaaly need your help. Someone recently aske me to make simple cartoon character with animation and everything was fine until now. I was making crying animation and its look okay in spriter but when i import this little guy into gif or png images its get blurry. :/ Its killing me. Weird fact is that first animation (with blue dots) look much better and is less blured (setting was the same in both cases) D: 

(Im new in spriter and I could find similar problem, sorry for trouble if it is something simple)

Try turning off smooth sampling under "modes". 

If you're exporting scaled down, don't scale down and use a separate program to scale down the resulting frames or animation.

This is the only ideas that come to mind without being able to see the project files.
