Can't export Gif or numbered image files

I have made a number of gifs on Spriter - but now when I try to export nothing is saved for image files - and it crashes every time I try to create a gif.

As far as I know the settings are the same - I don't understand why  - and I am getting pretty frustrated. I did try to upload a new version - not sure if that made this happen.

Thanks for helping me.

Hi Alanna Light,

Sorry you're having issues with export to GIF etc.

In order for us to be able to help you, you need to show the exact settings you're using and give any other potentially relevant info.

1) What OS are you using?

1) What version of Spriter are you using?

2) What is the biggest image you are using in pixel dimensions?

3) What would the final image size be in pixels per exported frame?

4) What FPS are you exporting to?

Providing a screen recording of the attempted action often helps us figure out the exact problem quickly.

thanks.
