baffled2010
I'm trying to create an animation which begins with a character with both arms down and then he raises one and then punches the air. I want him to continue to punch the air rather than bring his arm down again so I am wondering if it is possible to loop the last frames (with the punch) of the animation. Mike at BrashMonkey
Hi baffled2010, I'm not positive I understand your request.. and it depends a lot on what the goal is for the animation. I assume this is for a video game. Typically for something like what you describe, I'd break the animation into 2 animations. One that leads to the looping part, and then the looping part. One could be smoothly blended into the other in the game engine, and then the looping part can be sustained as long as makes sense in the game, and canceled out of at any time. Doe's this answer your question?
