Mike at BrashMonkey
welcome maizuddin35, I've never seen this issue before. Can you please tell me which OS you're running Spriter on, and also which program you're exporting these PNG images from. If possible, also zip up your entire Spriter project (the folder with all images and the Spriter (scml or scon) file) and email it to mike@brashmonkey.com so I can take a look. (of course we'll share it with no one and delete after examining.) Thanks
maizuddin35
Thanks for the fast response! :D I'm running on OS X Yosemite Version 10.10 via Steam, and use Photoshop to export the PNG images. I will zip all the file, and send it to you by today. thank you so !
Mike at BrashMonkey
Thanks. We received the Spriter project and there's nothing wrong with the images etc, which means this is definitely a compatibility issue between Spriter and your Mac's graphics configuration. We'll do our best to increase compatibility with the next update build of Spriter. Sorry for the inconvenience.
