loudo
I try to add an image to the media library to use it in a reply in this forum. But when I click on the media library button, I have this : "Select a media type to choose what to share" but there is no button to choose the type of media... anybody else has the same problem ? is there a workaround ? Mike at BrashMonkey
Hi loudo, I just checked and see the same issue. Unless I'm misunderstanding the feature because I've never used it. I'll ask support for the forum service and see what's going on. Thanks for reporting the issue. I'll report back here when I get some info. Cheers. Mike at BrashMonkey
Hi again loudo, I'm not sure how I missed this last time, but today I just found this at the bottom right of the standard post.reply window: And clicking on that "more post options" button lead to this: Which allowed me to attach these two screen-grabs to the reply. I have no idea why I didn't spot this last time. does this resolve your issue? Do you see the same options on your end? cheers.
loudo
I have the "more reply options" button. But when I click on it, I don't have what you got in the second image :???: I have some images in my media library so I can say that this feature worked sometimes ago but it is now broken. Mike at BrashMonkey
Very strange. How many different browsers did you try with, and did you pause ad-blocker if you use it? I'll send a support ticket to our forum service provider tomorrow. thanks again for reporting the issue.
loudo
I tried Opera and Internet Explorer 11. Disabling ad-blocker doesn't change anything. Thanks.
