Crash after deactivaing OpenGL

I could open and use Spriter after installing it today, but after my animation was complete I couldn't export it as png or gif. When I tried to, the software crashed.

After looking for a solution in the forum I tried a suggestion which said to deactivate OpenGL. (Don't remember how it actually is called, but you can do it under "View")

However, after I doing this, it crashes immediately when I try to start Spriter. My computer then says "Spriter does not work anymore"."

I think Sprinter is a great software, if only I could use it....
