Importinting file into Construct 2

Recommended Posts

I drug the official Example.SCML into the screen of Construct 2.

all I saw was blank box on the screen, but when I ran it I got:

Javascript error!

TypeError: att.getNamedItem(...) is null

http://localhost:50000/Spriter_plugin.js, line 799 (col undefined)

This is either a bug in Construct 2 or a problem in a third party plugin or behavior - please report it to the developer!

Thoughts?

I am using the newest construct 2 beta and 5/12/13 scml folder (placed in Construct2/exporters/html5/plugins

why isn't this working?

guyon, please redownload the official example scml again. We recently updated it. The newer versions of Spriter require everything to be named in Spriter to make creating api's easier, and the C2 import process takes advantage of this. If it still doesn't work, let me know.

That problem has existed since young20's work. Some parts of image of monster are missing. I'm not sure what's the problem and I don't have much time to look into it further as the current state of my project doesn't require to use this great tool anymore, so I guess anyone interests to use this Spriter for cocos2d-x has to look it around yourself. I reported this to young20 along with pull request but no response yet. So if you read this, feel free to make any action :)
